1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products. We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Tools for Traders.
2. Eligible for Refund
You may request a refund if:
- The product is a paid product (not a free download)
- Your request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
- The product does not work as described on our website or product page
- You experience technical issues that our support team cannot resolve
- You have contacted our support team and given us an opportunity to address the issue
3. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Free products — Products downloaded at no cost are not eligible for refunds
- After 30 days — Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
- No support contact — Refund requests submitted without first attempting to resolve the issue through our support team
- Multiple activations — License keys that have already been activated on multiple trading accounts
- Policy violations — Products used in violation of our Terms of Service, including redistribution or reverse engineering
- Change of mind on working products — If the product works as described but you simply changed your mind about your trading strategy
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number (found in your order confirmation email or account dashboard)
- Describe the reason for your refund request
- Attach any relevant screenshots, error messages, or details that help us understand the issue
Our support team will review your request and may ask follow-up questions or attempt to resolve the issue before processing a refund.
5. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- The refund will be returned to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to the product.
6. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be offered instead of a full refund:
- Subscription products — Pro-rata refunds based on the remaining subscription period
- Bundle purchases — If only some products in a bundle are affected, a partial refund for those items may be issued
- Extended use — If significant use of the product occurred before the refund request
Partial refund amounts will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you before processing.
